• To work with the Account team to manage client relationships with advertisers & agencies
• To develop excellent coordination with parties and partners involved and to ensure optimum campaign implementations
• To plan dynamic programmatic strategies and understand clients’ business objectives
• To analyse campaign performance, create optimisation & insight reports and suggest strategic recommendations
• To identify partnership potentials and to understand and participate in the pitching and planning stage

• Passionate about Programmatic & Digital Advertising, AI, and Technologies
• Degree holder in Marketing/ Communications/ Media or related disciplines
• Prior experience and knowledge in Digital/ Social Media Marketing/ Auction-based Advertising is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, discover and test new ideas
• Strong data analysis abilities
• Desire to work for a company from an early stage in a fast-paced start up environment
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
• Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to clients
